- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆1 star ONLY because zero isn't an option! I purchased a home in a community they serve as HOA for, they couldn't be more useless! I have been attempting to get in touch with them to obtain my HOA documents and my payment booklet for 5 months now! No one ever answers a phone or responds to emails. I have tried phone calls, messages, emails, mail, even fax! I attended one of their meetings which was the only way I got in touch with a live person! And still they skated around giving me a straight answer and it has been a month and they have yet to complete the simple task of giving me a payment booklet or a login to pay online.By Courtney Harris, July 06, 2017
