    Lee Graham has been tremendously helpful in aiding our retirement entry to Florida and Fernandina Beach. We had to make all our preparations from New Jersey without seeing where we were going to end up. Lee was invaluable in giving us all the info about our new home, arranging financing, and making sure everything was done to make us welcome in out new home.     1 star ONLY because zero isn't an option! I purchased a home in a community they serve as HOA for, they couldn't be more useless! I have been attempting to get in touch with them to obtain my HOA documents and my payment booklet for 5 months now! No one ever answers a phone or responds to emails. I have tried phone calls, messages, emails, mail, even fax! I attended one of their meetings which was the only way I got in touch with a live person! And still they skated around giving me a straight answer and it has been a month and they have yet to complete the simple task of giving me a payment booklet or a login to pay online.

    The Principal of this school was arrested a few years ago for domestic violence yet he is employed at this school and beats small public school students with wooden boards. He should not be permitted around any children because of his penchant for violence
